If you are reading this, it probably means you either found that perfect piece you've been looking for everywhere or you would like the Artist to make a Custom piece for you. In either case, we are excited about the opportunity to work with you!
Even though our main focus is on the Art itself, we had to implement certain Policies and Procedures to protect our customers and ourselves.

A) True One-of-a-kind Creations
1. The Artist guarantees that all pendants and rings are handcrafted, signed and numbered.
2. No exact duplicates will be made of any pendant or ring.
3. The Artist reserves the right to make a similar piece, but it has to be different from the original.
4. Earrings can be duplicated, unless otherwise specified (or requested by the person who buys the first pair of a certain creation).
5. Unfortunately, there might be people out there that will try to copy the Artist's work. If you purchase a Cassiopeia item somewhere other than directly from the Artist, please make sure it is authentic. All of the Artist's pieces are stamped and numbered, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity which is hand signed by the Artist.
B) Ordering and Shipping Policies
1. Once you find that perfect piece, please contact us for more information on availability and pricing.
2. Orders can be placed via the "Contact Us" form, email and over the phone.
3. Shipping can be made via USPS and UPS. Shipping speed is determined by the Customer.
4. Customer agrees to pay for all shipping charges.
5. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are required. If the customer waives these requirements (written waiver necessary), the Artist cannot be held responsible in case an item is not received.
6. Item will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Sorry, no exceptions.
7. Accepted payment methods are: Cash, Money Order, and PayPal.
C) Custom Orders
1. Custom Orders can be made via our "Contact Us", by fax, email, or over the phone. We encourage personal contact in order to ensure you will get exactly what you want. After verbal agreement, a written order will be placed.
2. If you would like to submit renderings of the piece you would like to have custom made, you can either fax or email them. Accepted file types are jpg and btm. Even after crafting the piece, the renderings will remain the intellectual property of the customer and will returned upon request. No duplications will be made of your Custom Order, unless otherwise specified by you (for example, if you would like the whole family to have the same pendant).
3. If you choose not to submit any renderings, the Artist wil be more than happy to work with you to design your dream piece. The renderings will remain the intellectual property of the Artist, but no duplicates of the actual piece will be made for anybody but you.
4. After agreeing on the design, the Artist will give you a rough estimate of the price and a written order will be placed. As it is not possible to give an exact estimate, the Artist reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly if necessary (within reason).
5. All Custom Orders require a 25% down payment before the crafting process starts. Payment in full is due after completion.
6. Shipping can be made via USPS and UPS. Shipping speed is determined by the Customer.

Note: If you are custom ordering a ring, please be advised that the Artist cannot guarantee the perfect fit for the ring. Even though she will make every attempt to provide the correct size, due to the nature of the crafting process, the pieces are subject to shrinkage in the firing process, and an exact size cannot be guaranteed.
D) Return Policies
1. Due to the fact that we are a very small business, returns cannot be accepted.
2. However, should you for some reason be unhappy with your online order, we will gladly exchange your piece for another item of the same value. The item you are exchanging has to be undamaged, in the same condition it was when first delivered, and notice of intent to exchange has to be given within three days after receiving the item.
3. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on Custom Orders.
